From September 2025 schools can enjoy all the many benefits of Forest School at The Caldecotte Xperience.
Forest School offers a unique, nature-based approach to learning that provides children and young people with the freedom to explore, create, and develop essential life skills in an outdoor environment. Through carefully designed activities, Forest School programmes foster independence, teamwork, problem-solving, and resilience. Whether your child is just starting their outdoor journey or ready to take on more challenging tasks, Forest School has something for everyone.

- Building with Natural Materials
- Nature Walks and Observational Journaling
- Rope Swings
- Weaving
Why Forest School Sessions Matter
Forest School provides a wealth of benefits that extend beyond the activities themselves. Here are some overarching benefits for children and young people:
- Emotional Resilience: Forest School environments challenge children to step outside their comfort zones and face challenges, building emotional resilience
- Social Skills: Through teamwork, communication, and shared responsibility, children develop essential social skills.

We recommend booking a block of 6 weekly sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours. This structure allows children to build confidence, develop new skills, and gain the full benefit of the Forest School approach.

At The Caldecotte Xperience: £6.50 per child, per session
At Your School Site: £7.50 per child, per session
Group Size & Staffing:
Maximum group size: 30 children
